8. Will the surgeon meet with me, examine my eyes, review my records and answer my questions personally before surgery?

9. How up-to-date is your equipment? Do you use WaveFront technology?

10. Is the WaveScan / WaveFront technology an integral part of my initial evaluation?

11. Will this information be available so I can make an informed decision about which procedure is best for me?

12. Does the laser equipment travel to multiple locations or is it stationary with the laser and surgical environment precisely monitored and controlled?

13. How long has your practice been in business?

14. How knowledgeable and experienced is the rest of the technical staff?

15. Will they be available for information and support preoperatively, postoperatively and during my surgical experience?

16. How many surgeries like mine have you performed?

17. Is everything included with your fee?
